Do taxes — rental income summary

Pick a year and generate a summary that mirrors the lines in your tax software: federal T776 (Statement of Real Estate Rentals) and Quebec TP-128. Income comes from your Bookings ledger, expenses from the Expenses tab — sorted into the official tax categories.
